Deposits: Remote deposit capture for approximately 18,848 checks monthly, cash vault processing, deposit verification, and returned-item handling.
Reporting and controls: Daily BAI2 reconciliation files, online balances and check images, monthly account analysis, Positive Pay, ACH fraud protection, and electronic stop payments lasting at least 18 months.
Investments and pricing: Overnight sweep investments; provide earnings credit rates, interest rates, itemized service fees, and implementation costs. Indicate rates for sweep balances of $50 million and $290 million.
