Schedule: One pickup per location each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Transport and deposits: Provide armored vehicles and trained, licensed personnel, documented chain of custody, and delivery to Bank of America with proof of deposit by the next business day. Maintain responsibility for funds through deposit confirmation.
Additional services: Quote separate rates for cash-for-cash currency exchanges during scheduled visits and occasional fund retrieval from a designated Bank of America location in Miami.
Term and pricing: Two years, with three optional one-year renewals. Provide all-inclusive pricing per pickup for each location, including labor, equipment, insurance, fuel, and fees.
Insurance: Required coverage includes $1 million general liability per occurrence, $2 million aggregate, $1 million auto liability per accident, workers' compensation, and crime insurance with $1 million limits for specified losses.
