What the job is
Services: Scheduled indoor locking-bin pickups and swaps, bulk boxed-record cleanouts, on-site shredding, mold-contaminated document destruction, and digital/magnetic media destruction. Please identify the counties and services you can cover.
Security: NAID AAA certification for each quoted service, documented chain of custody, secure transport, and certificates of destruction within five business days; within two business days for sensitive tax records and digital media.
Destruction standards: Media sanitization compliant with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 and IRS Publication 1075. Sensitive tax records and mold-contaminated paper require crosscut particles no larger than 1 mm × 5 mm or disintegration with a 2.4 mm security screen.
Containers and response: Supply and maintain locking indoor containers at no additional cost; deliver within five business days and provide emergency pickups within two business days.
Pricing and term: Provide all-inclusive rates by county for January 1, 2027–December 31, 2028. Use bin-based rates for scheduled service and separate bulk-box rates; include labor, equipment, transport, container maintenance, and compliance costs, with no minimum-order charges or surcharges. Volumes are not guaranteed.
