New fencing: 175 linear feet each of chain link, right-of-way, and wood vertical slat fence; 150 linear feet of wildlife exclusion fence.
Repairs: 325 linear feet of chain link, 350 linear feet of right-of-way, and 150 linear feet of wood vertical slat fence; 15 chain link gates.
Gates and other work: Install 3 chain link and 3 right-of-way swing gates; relocate 50 linear feet of fence and 2 gates; install 5 permanent wood barricades.
Installation: Match existing fence type and placement. Include labor, materials, posts, concrete footings, removal and disposal, clearing, site restoration, and traffic control compliant with Delaware MUTCD.
Pricing: Provide unit pricing for the estimated quantities above, plus mobilization and demobilization. Base fence pricing on heights up to 6 feet and identify pricing for taller fencing. Quantities and sites will vary by assignment; applicable prevailing wage rates apply.
Schedule: Anticipated start December 21, 2026, with work assigned over 730 calendar days and a possible one-year extension. Begin each assignment within 10 days, subject to material availability.
