What the job is
Service period: May 1, 2027–April 30, 2029, with fixed pricing for the two-year term.
Scope: Integrated Pest Management covering inspections, monitoring, prevention, treatment, and service reports for common structural pests and rodents. Include all labor, materials, and equipment.
Scheduling: Site-specific frequencies range from weekly to annual, plus on-call service. Spraying must occur after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends.
Response: On-site emergency response within 4 hours; pest-sighting response within 24 hours, with unlimited callbacks at no additional cost.
Qualifications: Current Delaware pesticide business license and at least five years of experience; wildlife work requires a current nuisance wildlife control permit.
Pricing: Provide per-treatment pricing by location and identify areas you can cover. Separately price any offered bed bug, termite, bird, or wildlife services.
