Condition: New, unused, current-production products with standard manufacturer warranties and applicable NIJ compliance.
Qualifications: Manufacturer or authorized dealer/distributor with valid federal and Delaware firearms licenses and authorization to sell the proposed firearms in Delaware.
Pricing: Itemized unit prices in U.S. dollars, including prepaid delivery, firm from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2029. Orders are as needed, with no guaranteed minimum quantities.
Delivery: Direct to each facility. Standard items are due within 30 calendar days of order; please provide lead times for firearms and specialized items.
