What the job is
Scope: Provide campus-wide monitoring of existing fire alarm systems and partial system replacement in multiple buildings, including associated electrical work and fiber routing.
Alternate: Price locating the new fire alarm system head end at the New Hospital instead of the Candee 500 Wing nurses station separately.
Work conditions: The facility will remain occupied. Regular work hours are 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; shutdowns must occur on weekends and be coordinated with the facility.
Labor and warranty: Include applicable Kent County prevailing wages and a two-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
