Sites: Curb inlet planters on Mitchell Street between Five Corners and Baker Avenue and Smith Street between Baker Avenue and Hamilton Avenue; bypass pipes on Hamilton and Ledyard Avenues; and improvements and bio-infiltration at Smith/Allen corner park.
Investigations: Quality Assurance Project Plan approval, topographic surveys, drainage and utility verification, boundary verification, soil and infiltration testing, and tree assessments.
Design: Advance existing concepts to construction-ready drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, including a Basis of Design Report. Include 30%, 50%, 90%, and 100% submissions, with two review cycles at 50% and one at each other milestone.
Additional services: Permit applications through approval, project management, support for at least 10 stakeholder meetings/events, and an implementation funding and phasing strategy.
