Trade coverage: Carpentry, drywall, electrical, fencing, fire alarms, flooring, general labor, glazing, HVAC, insulation, masonry, painting, plumbing, roofing, security/data, siding, sprinkler systems, and welding fabrication.
Pricing: Provide hourly rate schedules and project-specific fixed quotes as requested.
Qualifications: Maintain all applicable Connecticut licenses and registrations; submit relevant experience, references, personnel, equipment, and subcontractor information.
