What they need
- Service periodJuly 1, 2027–June 30, 2028, with four optional annual renewals.
- ScopeCareer exploration, vocational assessments, job preparation and placement, personal adjustment training, job coaching, and extended employment support for individuals with significant and persistent mental illness.
- Service deliveryIndividualized support toward competitive integrated employment, with at least two participant contacts per month and monthly progress reports.
- Extended supportAt least 90 days following job stability, with continued support as needed afterward.
- QualificationsCARF Community Employment Services or RSAS accreditation, or job coaches with a relevant degree, at least one year of job coaching experience, or recognized supported employment certification.
- Quote detailsInclude service areas, participant capacity, supported employment model, and pricing by service and urban/suburban versus rural coverage. Core employment services must be delivered directly.
