Services: Planning, design, construction documents, cost estimating, bidding support, and construction administration using design/bid/build delivery.
Project size and term: Individual total project budgets of $50,000–$1,000,000; two-year service period with no guaranteed workload. Specific assignments are not yet defined.
Coverage: Centennial, Rampart Range, Downtown, and Center for Healthcare Education and Simulation campuses.
Qualifications: Colorado-licensed principal architect, office within 80 miles of Centennial Campus, and at least two years operating under the same business name.
Response capability: Provide project proposals within one week of requests and begin work within two weeks of approval.
