CountsOne continuous 168-hour count per location, Monday through Sunday, recording hourly vehicle volumes by lane and direction at ramp gore points.
ScheduleNon-holiday weeks within a single month during March–May or mid-August–October 2027.
Field workInclude equipment, testing, installation, daily inspections, removal, labor, travel, permits, raw data files, and setup photos for at least 10% of locations. Repeat erroneous counts at no additional cost.
