EquipmentLiebert EXM 10kW, GXT3-3000VA, Nfinity 160kW, N Power UPS units, and Wave Rider and other emergency lighting inverters.
MaintenanceOEM-required quarterly, semiannual, and annual inspections, preventive maintenance, testing, cleaning, technical support, and on-call repairs.
Battery replacementSupply new, factory-warranted OEM or equivalent high-rate batteries; remove, transport, and recycle existing batteries with recycling documentation. Inspect and replace damaged 2 AWG MTW or THHW cables with high-pressure crimped ends as needed.
TestingBattery equalization, impedance and load-bank testing with baseline reports, operational verification, and a return visit within one week of installation to retest.
QualificationsValid California C-10 license, hazardous waste transporter registration, and at least five years of experience with Liebert UPS and Shadow Wave Rider emergency lighting systems.
PricingProvide maintenance flat rates by site and frequency; standard, overtime, and emergency hourly rates; minimum hours; truck charges; and parts markup. Include labor, materials, equipment, travel, disposal, and taxes.
