- MailingObtain and refresh the address list covering all 11 Santa Monica ZIP codes, affix address labels, coordinate with USPS, and deliver copies to USPS. Postage will be paid separately.
- Digital versionsProvide English and Spanish PDF flipbooks meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility requirements.
- ScheduleApril and October editions from April 2027 through October 2030; complete production and mailing within two weeks of receiving final design files.
