- Locations:
- Equipment: One existing aboveground diesel/gasoline fuel vault per location; maintenance only, with no new installations or retrofits.
- Quarterly service: Inspect vaults and dispensers for condition and cleanliness; record fuel levels, check system integrity and labeling, and provide inspection reports.
- Annual service: Test dispenser flow and metering accuracy; inspect hoses, nozzles, couplings, and seals; check electrical wiring, grounding, emergency shutoffs, leak detection, fire extinguishers, and spill supplies.
- Schedule: Estimated November 1, 2026–October 31, 2029; weekdays, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays. Estimated totals: 144 quarterly visits, 36 annual equipment inspections/calibrations, and 36 annual electrical/safety/monitoring reviews.
- Qualifications: Current C-61/D-40 license, DIR registration, applicable hazardous-service permits, and STI/SPFA SP001 inspector certificate; applicable tank, air-quality, fire, environmental, and workplace safety compliance.

- Pricing: Provide separate all-inclusive unit rates for quarterly maintenance, annual calibration, and annual electrical/safety/monitoring reviews.
