What the job is
Fleet: Type 1, 3, and 6 fire apparatus, ambulances, chief officer vehicles, and support vehicles.
Maintenance: Annual or every 10,000 miles, whichever comes first; include fluids, filters, lubrication, brake and chassis inspections, and fire body and pump servicing.
Testing: BIT inspections every 90 days and annual NFPA fire pump testing from draft by certified personnel.
Repairs and emergencies: On-site service where possible, a 24-hour emergency contact, and arrival within four hours of emergency notification.
Qualifications and warranty: EVT Level I certified technicians; new OEM-grade replacement parts and a minimum 90-day parts and workmanship warranty.
Pricing: Separate hourly rates per technician by vehicle type for maintenance, repairs, and emergencies, plus combined pickup/delivery pricing. Include travel, tools, supplies, and maintenance parts; separately identify repair parts with markup capped at 10%.
Service period: Through December 31, 2029, with fixed rates and services requested as needed.
