What the job is
Scope: Design, furnish, install, program, and activate complete replacement systems in Building 423 (Facility A Diner) and Building 433 (Facility B Diner).
Equipment: Include new control panels, wiring, conduits, detectors, strobes, flow sensors, valve switches, door-closer interfaces, and associated components.
Integration: Connect to the existing Fireworks Workstation in Central Control and integrate air-handling shutdowns and alarm/trouble reporting.
Completion: Include phased testing, inspection support, startup, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance documents, and up to eight hours of staff training.
Qualifications: Required California C-16 and C-10 licenses, or B and C-16 licenses with a C-10 subcontractor; NICET Level III certified technicians.
Site visit: Mandatory walkthrough November 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM; participation registration required by October 19, 2026.
