Scope: Provide a crushing plant and operators to process concrete with and without rebar into 3/4-inch base, plus asphalt grinding.
Pricing: Quote separate per-ton rates for each service at 0–200 tons, 201–400 tons, and 401+ tons, plus delivery, setup, mobilization, and demobilization fees. Estimated mobilizations and demobilizations: 12 each.
Schedule: As-needed services with 30 days’ notice, anticipated January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029; operating hours Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Included costs: Include labor, equipment, transportation, travel, fees, taxes, and site entry/exit time. Water for plant operation is supplied on-site.
