UnderwritingReview approximately 10–15 new construction and rehabilitation funding applications each summer in 2027 and 2028, plus approximately 5–7 additional new construction or acquisition/rehabilitation applications per funding cycle. Provide draft and final due diligence reports and review calls.
Compliance monitoringReview operating budgets, quarterly financial reports, audited statements, and residual receipts loan repayment calculations.
TrainingProvide on-site and/or virtual affordable housing finance and pro forma training, with ongoing staff support as needed.
Project supportAssist with construction and permanent loan closings, closing pro formas, checklists, documents, and underwriting guidelines; provide additional financial feasibility and real estate advisory support as needed.
TermTwo years, with an optional extension of up to two additional years.
