Reviews: Comprehensive PASSE quality reviews, performance measure and improvement project validation, encounter data analysis, surveys, focused studies, annual KPI evaluations, and program integrity reviews.
Access validation: Provider availability calls covering at least 10% of specified provider categories, plus quarterly person-centered service plan reviews using 95% confidence and ±5% margin of error.
Reporting: Activity and compliance reports, quarterly service plan performance reports, and an annual technical report due February 28.
Staffing: A dedicated full-time project manager based in Little Rock with an advanced degree and at least three years of comparable experience, supported by evaluator leads and statisticians. All assigned staff must reside in the United States.
Qualifications and data: At least two comprehensive Medicaid EQRO assessments within the past five years involving LTSS for intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health; secure data interfaces, HIPAA-compliant handling, and ten-year PHI retention.
