Quantities: Quote 400, 600, and 800 copies for each of two orders, with 8, 12, 16, and 20 interior-page options.
Cover: 8½ × 11-inch, four-page cover on 80# ivory linen cover stock; full-color printing on the outside front, outside back, and inside back.
Interior: 8½ × 11-inch sheets on 70# ivory linen text stock, printed in grayscale.
Finishing: Folded size 8½ × 5½ inches, with two staples at the spine.
Materials: Soy ink required where applicable; recycled paper preferred. Explain if either cannot be provided.
Artwork and proof: PDF files expected November 25, 2026, and April 26, 2027, respectively. Submit a proof for approval before printing.
Delivery: First order due December 7, 2026; second due May 5, 2027. Include delivery costs, exclude state sales tax, and arrange delivery Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm Central.
