Work: Asphalt patching, milling, crack sealing, sub-base repairs, concrete valve collars, sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveways, and ADA ramps. Typical asphalt patches are 5' x 8' and 2' x 20'.
Standards: Current MAG and Chandler specifications, including ADA requirements where applicable.
Timing: One-year service term; complete routine repairs within 14 calendar days and emergency repairs within 7 calendar days of authorization. Expected workload is 90% routine and 10% emergency, with no guaranteed quantities.
Pricing: Provide separate routine and emergency unit rates, including taxes, labor, materials, equipment, traffic control plans and setup, permits, mobilization, and debris disposal. Include a minimum charge for jobs under 5' x 8'; no separate trip fees.
Qualifications: Active Arizona contractor license, a Phoenix metro business location with at least two consecutive years operating locally, and at least five years of right of way repair experience.
