Pre-employment screening: Approximately 60 assessments annually, including testing, scoring, interpretation, and clinical interviews. Include a 1–2 page report for each candidate and a comprehensive report for candidates deemed unsuitable, due within five calendar days of the interview.
Staff support: Approximately 30 confidential meetings and interviews annually for well-being checks, military reintegration, and post-shooting or use-of-force intervention, including required follow-up, group meetings if requested, and attendance confirmation letters.
Qualifications: Arizona-licensed psychologists and/or psychiatrists with comparable law enforcement experience; at least five consecutive years of practice in Arizona preferred.
Service period and pricing: One year, with four optional annual extensions. Quote either or both service categories, including all-inclusive per-assessment or per-meeting rates, annual totals, and fees for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
