Deliverables: Draft policies, final clean and redline versions, and a summary memo covering major changes and compliance considerations.
Meetings: Include staff and leadership reviews, revisions, and presentations to the executive committee and full board.
Schedule: Anticipated start November 1, 2026; draft presentation by January 28, 2027; final presentation February 24–25, 2027; completion by March 31, 2027.
Experience: At least 10 years in HR consulting and policy development, including three years of related consulting or management within the past five years, plus experience with comparably regulated organizations.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive fixed-price quote with estimated hours and rates. Expected budget is $10,000–$15,000, with a $20,000 maximum.
