Fleet: Approximately 200 vehicles, including passenger cars, pickups, SUVs, vans, utility trucks, and specialty vehicles with gasoline, diesel, and hybrid powertrains.
Services: Preventive maintenance; engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, electrical, exhaust, heating and cooling repairs; block heater servicing; and tire services.
Scheduling: Short-notice and priority service, next-day scheduling when needed, and expedited urgent repairs.
Parts: OEM parts preferred; aftermarket substitutions require approval.
Pricing: Provide a fixed hourly shop rate including tools, overhead, and standard supplies; parts markup percentage; and diagnostic, environmental, hazardous material, fluid and tire disposal, daily storage, and rust/seized bolt extraction fees. Include labor and parts warranty terms.
Service period: Expected start January 4, 2027, through January 30, 2028, with potential annual renewals. Work is as needed, with no guaranteed volume.
