  • Staffing: At least six drivers with valid U.S. state Class C licenses, Monday through Friday except holidays.
  • Vehicles: Six vendor-provided utility vans with separate sections for clean and contaminated instruments, meeting the listed transportation and health standards.
  • Service: Return used instruments for sterilization the same day; make two daily runs serving Sepulveda and Los Angeles.
  • Handling: Transport instruments in spill-proof containers, record temperature and humidity at pickup and delivery, keep temperature at or below 72°F and humidity at or below 60%, and clean vans daily.
  • Term: One year.
  • Insurance: All vehicles must be insured.
