Please quote cleaning and inspecting two fuel service tanks on USCGC Dolphin at 1500 15th St., Mobile, AL 36615.

Waste removal: Remove 1400 gallons of contaminated diesel fuel and legally dispose of tank waste and cleaning fluids.
Cleaning: Clean interior surfaces without damaging coatings and leave tanks open for at least 24 hours to ventilate and dry before inspection.

Inspection: Inspect tank interiors with a Coast Guard inspector and test tank level indicators and vent check valves after work.
