What the gig needs

We are seeking quotes for hexagon cap screws (Special Emphasis / Level I material) for use in a critical shipboard system at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (N50286).

Material & Drawing: Furnish hexagon cap screws per drawing 22850N (CAGE 35795, Rev C, Distrib B); incorrect or defective material risks serious personnel injury or ship loss.
Quality Standards: Compliance required with ASTM-A193, ASTM-A574, ASTM-F606, MIL-DTL-1222, ISO 9001, ISO 10012, and ISO/IEC 17025.
Certification Data: Certification CDRLs (DD 1423) must be submitted no later than 20 days before scheduled delivery; Inspection and Test Plan may be waived if already on file at NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg.
Period of Performance: Final material delivery must occur within 365 calendar days after contract effective date.
Buy American: Buy American / Free Trade Agreements / Balance of Payments Program compliance is mandatory; certificate required.
Warranty: One-year warranty on supplies runs from date of delivery.
