Scope of work: Provide labor and material to inspect, evaluate, repair, and restore the item to first-class operating condition.
Drawings and test: Repair per DRS Power & Control Technologies drawing MC-041281 (up to revision D), additional drawing MC-040709 Rev. E, and test per DRS procedure TPMC-057818 Rev. D.
Quote requirements: Quote must include repair turnaround time (induction start to final delivery, in days) and a monthly throughput constraint.
Contract type: Firm-fixed price purchase order; the teardown and evaluation proposal is due within 90 days of order receipt and definitization within 180 days of award.
Compliance: Includes CMMC level requirements, item unique identification, Wide Area Workflow invoicing, and national defense priority rating clauses.
Submission: Submit the full signed RFP by 06 November 2026; NECO offers are not accepted, and the proposal stays valid for 60 days.
