Monthly service: Interior pest control for roaches, ants, silverfish, fleas, lice, beetles, ticks, mites, spiders, moths, crickets, grasshoppers, scorpions, wasps, and hornets
As-needed service: Interior/exterior treatment for stagnant water, bed bugs, large flies, mosquitoes, flying ants, ant mounds, termites, other wood-destroying insects, and nuisance wildlife
Response requirements: 24/7 emergency availability, 4-hour response for service calls, and 1-hour on-site response for emergency requests
Service standards: Provide labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, treatment reports, MSDS/spec sheets upon request, and retreatment within 10 days if initial treatment is ineffective
