We are looking for commercial pest control services at Lubbock State Supported Living Center, 3401 N University Ave, Lubbock, TX 79415.
Service areas: All client areas and campus buildings, including interior areas and exterior perimeter areas up to 15 feet from each building
Frequency: Monthly service for listed campus buildings; central kitchen serviced twice per month; one storage building serviced quarterly
Pests covered: Rodents and crawling insects, including fleas, roaches, ants, silverfish, scorpions, arachnids, rats, and mice
Included work: Initial inspection, ongoing inspection, pest identification, treatment, baiting/trapping, monitoring devices, and service reports after each visit
Response times: Service calls within 4 hours; re-infestation service within 24 hours at no additional cost until controlled
Requirements: Certified commercial applicator, required licenses/insurance, SDS for chemicals, uniform/ID badges, and background checks for assigned personnel
