We are looking for pricing on as-needed heat treatment bed bug eradication at Brenham State Supported Living Center, 4001 TX-36, Brenham, TX 77833.
Service area: Emergency, as-needed work across 32 campus buildings
Inspection: Visual and flashlight inspection of harborage areas, adjacent units, heat-sensitive items, and migration risk points
Heat treatment: Whole-room thermal remediation using commercial-grade heaters and fans, raising rooms to 135-145 degrees for several hours
Post-treatment: Residual sprays, desiccant dust, steam treatment, HEPA vacuuming, mattress/box spring encasements, and interceptor traps
Follow-up: At least two follow-up visits at 10-14 day intervals
Response time: Four-hour response for service calls and one-hour on-site response for emergencies
Schedule: Regular work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central, with approved after-hours emergency work as needed
Requirements: Five years of relevant company and assigned personnel experience, applicable licenses, background checks, uniforms/badges, and 24-hour contacts
