- Scope: Routine insect and rodent control, pesticide application, inspections, treatment documentation, and structural recommendations
- Response Times: On-site within two hours for standard service calls and one hour for emergency calls, including after-hours requests
- Requirements: Maintain applicable pest-control licenses, safety data sheets, insurance, and qualified technicians able to complete fingerprint-based background checks
- Service Term: Five years beginning September 1, 2026
