Event volume: Collect, package, transport, and dispose of approximately 10,000 to 300,000 pounds of pesticide waste from 10 to 200 participants in a single-day event
Event operations: Provide staff, site setup and breakdown, unloading, sorting, packaging, labeling, manifesting, loading, transport, and disposal
Required personnel/equipment: Technicians, chemists, project manager/safety officer, portable scales, dumpsters, signage, traffic cones, decontamination supplies, and site security as needed
Compliance: Handle hazardous and regulated pesticide waste in accordance with applicable packaging, transportation, storage, recycling, and disposal requirements
Pricing needed: Standard price per pound for liquid and dry pesticide formulations, pricing for excluded materials if disposal is available, and event-related service/equipment rates
