What the gig needs
We are looking for a quote for full-service operations, maintenance, and management of a wastewater treatment facility at 4125 FM 973, Austin, Texas.
- Facility: 36,000 GPD membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment facility, with initial operation expected around 10,000-18,000 GPD
- Processes: Influent screening, biological nutrient removal, MBR treatment, UV disinfection, onsite reuse or land application
- Coverage: Minimum daily staffing support with 24/7 callout response within 45 minutes
- Maintenance: Preventive and corrective maintenance, CMMS documentation, facility upkeep, odor control, and equipment maintenance
- Biosolids: Dewatering, hauling, disposal, sampling, reporting, and recordkeeping
- Reporting: Monthly effluent reports, monthly O&M reports, annual O&M report, lab testing, and permit-related compliance support
- Equipment: Minimum of two light-duty service trucks for daily operations and maintenance activities
