We are seeking a quote for asphalt emulsion tank cleaning and repair at the Stratford Maintenance Office in Stratford, Texas.
Tank Cleaning: Remove residual emulsion, sludge, and buildup; clean filters, strainers, and associated piping
Emulsion Transfer: Transfer the remaining emulsion to a designated dunnage pile
Replacement Parts: Furnish and install cable clamps, float pulley, gasket, eyebolt, float, flag, cable, agitator gear assembly, and bolts
Inspection and Testing: Inspect the tank and mechanical, electrical, heating, pumping, agitator, and safety systems; complete required adjustments and repairs
Crew and Safety: Provide mobilization, demobilization, and travel for a four-person crew with required confined-space and occupational safety training
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
