We are requesting a quote for kitchen equipment maintenance and repair services at Brenham State Supported Living Center, 4001 Hwy 36 S, Brenham, Texas 77833.
Services: Preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and as-needed repair services for commercial kitchen equipment
Coverage: Unlimited service calls and repairs for covered equipment, including parts, travel, and labor
Additional Equipment: As-needed service may include freezers, coolers, and captive air vent hoods
Parts: Repairs must use new parts only; used or refurbished parts are not allowed
Response Times: Standard service calls within 48 hours; emergency on-site response within 24 hours
Schedule: Regular service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
Requirements: Vendor must be within 100 miles of the facility and maintain active CFESA certification
Site Visit: One mandatory on-site visit is required on July 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM or July 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM
