Ice Machines: Replace water filters quarterly and provide all filter media, cleaning chemicals, and sanitizing agents
Repairs: Provide diagnostics and approved as-needed mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, gas component, and minor equipment plumbing repairs
Service Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Central Time, with a four-hour service-call response and two-hour on-site emergency response
Qualifications: At least three years of relevant company experience; assigned technicians need at least two years of experience, and cold-side technicians must hold EPA Section 608 certification
Term: September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027
