System: Building 801 irrigation system, including 31 stations, Hunter ACC2 two-wire decoder controls, Rain Bird courtyard controllers, Netafim subsurface drip, exterior tree bubbler zones, valves, sensors, backflow assemblies, and related piping/components
Service frequency: Weekly inspections, monthly wet-checks/reporting, seasonal adjustments, and annual full-system inspection with distribution uniformity testing
Repairs: Routine repairs for leaks, failed valves/solenoids, clogged emitters, damaged fittings, controller issues, and defective components found during service
Requirements: Texas Landscape Irrigator License, backflow testing coordination or BPAT capability, two-wire decoder troubleshooting, subsurface dripline repair/flushing, and experience working in patient-accessible areas
Hours/response: Regular service Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM; four-hour response for service calls and one-hour response for emergencies
