Service period: September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2031
Property size: Approximately 1.0 acre; vendor to verify acreage
Mowing: Lawn and grassy areas maintained at no more than 3 inches, up to 26 mows per year
Edging and trimming: Curbs, sidewalks, parking areas, driveways, fixed objects, shrubs, bushes, and low branches
Cleanup: Remove clippings, leaves, branches, trash, and debris from lawns, flowerbeds, sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots
Periodic services: Weed control up to 6 applications per year; fertilization/winterizer up to 3 applications per year; pre- and post-emergent up to 3 applications per year
