Candidate requirements: Investment banking, private equity, public equity, credit, research, fund of funds, hedge fund, corporate development, or institutional investment experience, depending on level
Reporting: Weekly search status updates and quarterly candidate submission reports
Pricing: Quote as either percentage of compensation, fixed fee by title level, or clearly listed alternate fees
Term: Initial three-year service period with two optional one-year renewals
