What the gig needs
We are looking for a quote for mail processing services for Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
- Services: Printing, folding, inserting, sealing, labeling, tabbing, metering, and preparing mail packages for distribution
- Volume: Must support at least 100,000 mailed pieces annually; preferred capacity is 500,000 pieces annually
- Turnaround: Pickup within 2 working hours of request; deliver mail to USPS on the ship date or within 1 business day of receiving mailing lists
- Small Jobs: 50-300 print/mail pieces completed within 2 working days
- Data & Addressing: Accept electronic mailing lists, perform address certification, support variable data printing, and protect recipient information
- Storage: Ability to store pallets/skids of printed materials, promotional items, and one-time mailings as needed
- Location Requirement: Facility must be within 1 hour driving distance of Texas Tech University
