Frequency: Four mailings per month covering two billing cycles, with one monthly bill and one delinquent notice per cycle
Turnaround: Print, fold, stuff, seal, and mail within 24 hours of file receipt; weekend printing is not required
Data Transfer: Receive Incode billing exports through SFTP and securely process confidential customer data
Printing: High-quality laser printing of one- or two-sided utility bills, including variable messages, mailing envelopes, return envelopes, and occasional inserts
Online Access: Provide searchable online bill viewing and PDF archiving for at least 12 months
Pricing: Provide unit pricing for printing, folding, inserting, mailing, PDF archiving, and postage, including all handling and freight fees
