Assessments: On-site accessibility surveys for up to 29 facilities, including clinics, offices, multi-use buildings, group homes, centers, and crisis/residential units
Review Areas: Public areas, parking, paths of travel, restrooms, signage, building access, and related accessibility features
Deliverables: Assessment reports, deficiency inventories, photographic documentation, prioritized remediation plans, cost estimates if needed, transition plan, educational materials, and final summary report
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of ADA consulting experience; CASp, CPACC, registered architect/engineer, or ADA Coordinator certification preferred
Term: Initial 1-year engagement with potential annual renewals
