What the gig needs
We are looking for a quote for enrollment broker operations covering statewide Texas.
- Services: Enrollment support, client outreach/informing, call center support, mailings, financial contribution processing, and fund management
- Outreach: Statewide client communications by phone, mail, email/text where applicable, and in-person support as needed
- Mailing: Welcome packets, reminder letters, due notices, brochures, pamphlets, and other approved client materials in English and Spanish
- Financial operations: Lockbox processing, client payment handling, refund processing, account reconciliation, reporting, and unclaimed property tracking
- Term: Initial four-year contract, with operations expected to start September 2027 after transition
