Schedule: Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Central; site visit attendance may be required if not previously completed
RC repairs: Excavate asphalt, remove and replace up to 20 feet of 3-inch Schedule 40 PVC, add 1.25-inch tee to serve the FMS building, bed piping/fittings, and add thrust blocks as needed
Valves: Install two new ball valves with traffic-rated valve boxes on the 3-inch RC line and 1.25-inch FMS line
FMS repairs: Saw-cut/remove concrete patch, expose existing piping, use existing 2-inch PVC as sleeve for new 1.25-inch polyethylene pipe, replace riser section, and add exterior valve with traffic-rated box
Testing/restoration: Inspect nearby gas lines, pressure test new lines, backfill, compact excavations, and replace concrete at traffic surface and riser
