Drawings: Ball must meet Electric Boat drawing 2641-809-41; seats must meet NAVSEA drawing 7284884.
Materials: Ball must use Class 304, Condition A steel under SAE-AMS-QQ-S-763; seats must use Torlon 4503, 4203, or 4203L.
Coating: Ball requires Teflon coating under note 6 of drawing 2641-809-41.
Certification: Provide ball material analysis and corrosion test certification, seat compliance certification, and weld test certifications when applicable.
Warranty: One year from delivery.
