We are seeking quotes for open, inspect, report, and possible overhaul of two circuit breakers for the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD.
Scope of Work: Open, inspect, and report on 2 each Circuit Breakers (NSN 5925-01-583-8452, PN MDS6163WEA-1652ANAA6YNNNAX, Eaton/Cutler-Hammer), with possible repair/overhaul per OEM specs.
Exact Parts Only: Substitute parts or part numbers are not acceptable; USCG cannot provide drawings or schematics as they do not own the proprietary data.
Pricing Structure: Quote must include a per-unit inspection fee (paid if beyond economic repair) and a firm fixed repair price per unit, all-or-nothing for both units.
Delivery Deadline: Delivery required by 10 June 2026, F.O.B. Destination to USCG SFLC Receiving Room, Bldg. 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226, Mon–Fri 7:00 am–1:00 pm.
SAM.gov Registration: Vendor must be registered in SAM.gov prior to quote submittal; FAPIIS records will be reviewed and award will not be made to vendors with adverse financial information or exclusions.
Award Basis: Single award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror; multiple awards will not be made.
