We are seeking quotes for indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multi-agency professional and integrated services contracts across multiple domains under the OASIS+ Unrestricted vehicle (solicitation 47QRCA23R0006).
Contract Vehicle: IDIQ, Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) with continuously open, rolling admissions (on-ramping) and no fixed award timeline.
Domains Available: Offerors may submit a single proposal covering multiple domains; domain qualifications are defined in Attachment J.P-1.
SAM.gov Requirement: Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov at time of proposal and must maintain active registration through award.
Proposal Submission: All proposals must be submitted exclusively through the OASIS+ Symphony Portal (OSP), open for submissions as of January 12, 2026.
Amendment Acknowledgment: Offerors must acknowledge Amendment 0008 as part of their offer submission.
Award & Ordering: Contracts become available for ordering in GSA eBuy one business day after formal award, contingent on contractor registration in the Vendor Support Center (VSC).
