What the gig needs
We are seeking proposals from SDVOSB firms for the OASIS+ Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) multi-agency contract vehicle covering integrated professional and technical services across multiple domains, administered by GSA.
- Contract Vehicle: IDIQ, Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) with multiple service domains; a single proposal may cover multiple domains.
- SDVOSB Eligibility: Set-aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses registered and active in SAM.gov.
- Submission Portal: All proposals must be submitted through the OASIS+ SubmissionPortal (OSP) at oasis.app.cloud.gov; a signed SF 33 is required.
- Rolling Admissions: Solicitation is continuously open with no fixed award timeline; GSA will provide notice if any domain or solicitation is closed.
- Amendment Deadline: Offerors with pending offers submitted before Amendment 0009 must upload a signed SF 30 in Symphony no later than July 15, 2026, or risk disqualification.
- Award Status: Phase II apparent awardees were notified May 12, 2026; formal awards and notices to proceed were targeted for on or about May 22, 2026.
